These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and iloveyou88. They apply to all interactions with the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering activity, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and communication with customer support. By accessing the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the iloveyou88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. iloveyou88 is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration under a false identity, pseudonym, or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Minor: You confirm that you are not registering, depositing, or playing on behalf of a minor, and that the financial instruments used for deposits belong to you and are under your sole control.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of iloveyou88, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted.

4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming services on iloveyou88, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

4.2 Verification. iloveyou88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. iloveyou88 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account information.

4.4 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. iloveyou88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or detected security breach.

4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have remained inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity — for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. iloveyou88 may levy a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant account balances in accordance with its current fee schedule, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address associated with the Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. iloveyou88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified Malaysian payment channels. Accepted methods include: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. These limits apply to standard account holders and may be adjusted for VIP-tier members by mutual agreement with your account manager.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Estimated processing times are as follows:

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. iloveyou88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the account's betting history, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5.5 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fee deductions are calculated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. iloveyou88 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 General. All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game/sports rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Platform. iloveyou88 reserves the right to void, refuse, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the bet was placed after an event has commenced in error; (b) a pricing error is evident; (c) the event outcome was known or reasonably knowable at the time of bet placement; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable maximum stake limits.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a palpable error in odds or game settings (e.g., decimal odds set significantly below fair value due to a system or human error), iloveyou88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This right applies even where the Player acted in apparent good faith.

6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets must meet the minimum number of selections as specified in the relevant betting rules. A void selection within a Mix Parlay will reduce the number of active legs accordingly. Where a Mix Parlay falls below the minimum required legs due to voids, the bet will be recalculated as a single or returned as applicable.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are subject to network latency and real-time odds changes. iloveyou88 will not be held liable for connectivity issues on the Player's end that result in delay or failure of in-play bet submission. Odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the server constitute the final settled odds.

7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. iloveyou88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a Player who is found to be abusing or circumventing promotional terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms, which are published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, as well as potential permanent Account closure.

7.4 Withdrawal Sequencing. Where a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds simultaneously, real-money funds will be used for wagering first unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7.5 Modification of Promotions. iloveyou88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after it has been activated by a Player, the Player will be given a reasonable period to satisfy existing wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iloveyou88 Platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any part of the Platform.
• Introducing viruses, malware, Trojans, or any other malicious code into the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of impaired judgment to the extent that you are unable to make informed betting decisions, where such impairment causes financial harm to a third party.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, including through the use of proxies, VPNs, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed at iloveyou88 staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.

All content on the iloveyou88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of iloveyou88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform; (b) collect or harvest any personally identifiable information; (c) use the Platform for any automated data collection; or (d) frame or mirror any material on another website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of iloveyou88's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iloveyou88 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 iloveyou88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 iloveyou88 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis; (b) any defects will be corrected; or (c) the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit iloveyou88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes before the Account is closed. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable compliance checks.

11.2 Suspension by iloveyou88. iloveyou88 may suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice where: (a) you are suspected of violating these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected; (c) your identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction; or (d) your Account is subject to a legal order or regulatory instruction.

11.3 Permanent Termination. iloveyou88 reserves the right to permanently terminate any Account and forfeit all associated balances (including real-money funds where permitted by law) in cases of confirmed material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: identity fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or cheating.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform on responsible gambling grounds may apply for self-exclusion through the Platform's Responsible Gambling tools or by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the affected Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. See Section 12 for further details.

iloveyou88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds that cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 7 days after any change.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction under which iloveyou88 is licensed and operates. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia are advised to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any aspect of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. iloveyou88 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolving the matter within 28 days where possible.

13.3 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in iloveyou88's licence conditions. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.

13.4 Language. These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation into another language, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.

iloveyou88 reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notification on the Platform homepage and/or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.1. iloveyou88 will honour withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in such cases, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
